“Every drink here is delicious with a focus on the flavor and coffee, not masking a drink behind a curtain sugar. You can tell that the coffee is all roasted, ground, and brewed fresh by the sharp crisp flavors of the drinks. The flavored syrups are not overpowering and act as a compliment and not a crutch. The blended drinks are all delicious and the Italian sodas are a must order. The staff was friendly and welcoming as soon as I came in the door, and helped me make pick out the perfect drink. They had a wide selection of flavors, boba, iced coffee, and delicious all fruit smoothies.Dietary restrictions: They have many different milk options for those with dietary restrictionsParking: Free two hour street parking and two parking garages in the area with the first hour and a half free. “The baked goods to include the drinks are definitely pricy but they are good.The seating is limited so dine in is not always an option.The parking lot is hit or miss, it’s inconvenient to say the least but they have a drive through if you don’t want to dine in.Service is okay, the employees are not the friendliest or most helpful but they do the job.The crepes are delicious but the filling ratios is off, all the fruit is in the front and cheesecake/cracker mix is in the back. It’s almost like having two different crepes.“
“My wife works there and she's got BPD and had asked me to go there so she could see me, wasn't there long at all a manager by the name of brandon was very disrespectful to my wife and myself customers had seen how she was being treated and walked out as I walked out.. and she was doing her preclose routine to get out of there to come home to our daughter as I work nights as well he proceeds to call me her boyfriend which clearly you can see wedding rings on our hands his customer service sucks and he's a jerk to female employees. I would like the general manager to get him under control or get rid of him because my wife is already seeking other employment. General manager may reach out to me if needed.“
“I'm so glad my first time trying Jimmy John's was at the Minot location last night. I was met with super friendly staff and the lady serving behind the counter was the epitome of kindness! Great embassadors for the Jimmy johns brand, oh and the sub was super tasty too.....will definitely be eating more JJ's in the future.“
“Dropped by on a Sunday after picking up my FIL from the airport. Wasn’t busy, we were welcomed by the server who was very attentive. A good selection of food and drinks, our server was especially knowledgable about the drinks and when it wasn’t made to my FILs liking she recommended and replaced it with a new one. Kids welcomed, good portion size for the price. Food was good, not the best I’ve ever had but good for Minot. Very clean toilets.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly, with boosters and high chairs, and a good kids menu.“
