The service at this establishment is consistently prompt. The staff, including the manager, are consistently friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to get the manager's name, but I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and exceptional service.

order the nugget combo and couldn't even get fries with it and the nuggets were soggy..surely not fresh like they described never again
Wanted a refund after waiting 40 minutes.. People who ordered after me were getting their orders. Then when they were confused I tried explaining what was ordered then they would get upset saying how many orders they have ahead of mine. They were yelling at each other and making remarks in front of the costumers. My friends order was confused with someone elses who was waiting. The so called manager was giving personal excuses about having surgery. I really don’t understand how this place stays open. I asked for some salt and pepper to prepare for my meal. and the worker handed me a ridiculous overflowing handful of packets … Really??

We ordered a 12 piece bucket meal. Mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, mac and cheese. We received 11 piece with no breast. The chicken was not of decent quality. There was no gravy. We live 40 miles away and did not open the bag until we reached home. To say the least I was Very Disappointed.
