The services are consistently quick, even during peak times of the day. The staff is always friendly! The food is good 90% of the time... I have received cold fries every once in a while, but I don't believe that can be helped. It's more a matter of luck to get fresh hot greasy fries!

The last three time my sons 20 piece nuggets have been cook in the same oil as their hot nuggets causing the normal one to be spicy. Due to stomach issues the hot ones can't be eaten. I have brought this to employees attention the last two times and still same problem. I'm tire of throwing them away and wasting money. Also stop people from hanging out harassing customs for ride and money.

They charged the car in front of me for my food, and could not figure out how to fix it. I had to sit at the drive-thru window for close to 10 minutes before I paid. Very frustrating.

Had a bad experience at this location. Got off work late was a long day I didn't care for going back and telling them about my food. Nuggets were old and hard, fries were way too salty and they didn't even fill my drink all the way up still needed a good amount. If it was one thing then I wouldn't be posting this but the whole meal was not great.

Don’t go not only they can’t state there fast food but there very rude it just shocks me how older people expect respect but they don’t show an ounce of respect going through the drive through the older women just sticks her head out the window has some nerve to yell at me and my husband there rude and all they do is complain sitting there hitting the 30-40 minute mark all there doing is complaining and so much of other stuff about there customers in all honesty there’s 3 McDonald’s here in minot they should just do the town a favor shut down

We eat at alot of McDonald's this one at least mentions me by name when using the app which is nice so I know they are at least using my code for me to get my points and it's very personal making it more customer
Use to be my favorite 1 to go toNow things have changed..very rude and my fish sandwich was cold..i jus threw it away...the lady who cleans the lobby is nice so is quite a few employees but i go there..if i ask a question they get mad at me now or if i complain about my food one manager he slammed his hand down by were the sandwiches slide down..i started going to the other McDonald's they nicer to me and aren't mean and don't mind me asking questions

If u want an iced coffee be prepared to be pulled forward and to wait 30+ minutes and then to be looked at like you’re crazy when u tell them all u got was an iced coffee. I could’ve finished a meal at Olive Garden by the time these people can make an iced coffee. Even after waiting patiently for the iced coffee for 30 mins I went inside and asked and they still didn’t get it for me. So I went back through the drive through and waited another 15 mins for the iced coffee just to be looked at like I was crazy and them interrogating me if I paid for it. I WILL Not be coming to this McDonald’s for iced coffees ever again. So disappointed in the staff here
