Terrible when you call to ask how late you can order a pizza earlier in in the day and when you call back to order and they won't accommodate your order. What happened to taking care of your customers. Done with this place. If you're not gonna serve food then close down.

Ordered a pizza for the first time from here for delivery and they sent the wrong order! What we got looked like came out of the trash, and was not at all what we ordered. They offered us credit and we accepted it. When we called to ask for another pizza to give them a second chance, they said they weren’t tracking the credit for a new pizza and instead offered $10 off our next order. Absolutely will not ever be ordering from here again.

Quality of pizza is not good need a fork just to eat. Sauce is runny as water. Main reason for going is so my daughter could play the claw machines. Do not play them extremely rigged put $15 through them and ripoff. I have read that owners can set settings on these to operate poorly and this place has them dialed to do so. We usually always win something on the machines that are not rigged. Will not be going back here!

It was very busy but we waited over an hour for our pizza. There was a table that came in after we did and they got their taco pizza before we did. After waiting for over an hour they finally brought the 5 and 10 year old their spaghetti. We had ask for silverware for them three times before we got finally got some. This took over at least 7 min as their food was getting cold. It took another 15 to get our pizza so we could eat.

Food is delicious! I absolutely love their pizzas, I'm not a fan of a thin layer ground beef on mine personally so I tend to not go for that, but if that's your thing you're in the right place! I think the online ordering is a little wonky right now, we ordered a specific pizza and tried to order large but no matter what size you chose, at the end it said small. But you pay for what you get, I just think we'll call and order from now on just in case. Very friendly staff and a wonderful dining area. Can't wait to go and try their other items

Everyone from the cashier to the server was very polite, friendly, helpful, and welcoming.I enjoyed the cozy Italian atmosphere.The pricing is a little above average, but nothing that will break the bank account. And all the above makes it worth it. I will definitely visit Sammy's again.

Well we tried Sammy’s for the first time tonight. I wanted to love it but I dont find myself honestly saying that. I do find it to be over priced especially once I saw the portion sizes. By the time taxes and credit card processing fee were added that was around 7 or 8$ in additional fees. The flavor was decent, but mild. It was also very greasy, which I don’t particularly mind but can be difficult on the digestive tract. I got the thin crust pizza. Did not particularly care for the pepperonis being underneath of the cheese because then they don’t crisp up, but that is just a personal preference ultimately. If I had known that was the way it came I would have requested them placed on top. Maybe the double thick crust would have been the better option, I may try that at a later time. I Did not try any of the soups or salads but I don’t think we were missing out on much. Would I eat here again? Sure. But is it worth the price? Absolutely not.
