“Love this place! Michele treats you like you’re a guest in her home. I’ve been there a couple of times and have had scones, almond croissant cookies, ginger cookies and the sweet pink drink. All were fabulous! The atmosphere is lovely right on down to the pink heart straws. You won’t be disappointed!”

“This place is delicious! I’ve been here a few times for appetizers, mainly the pretzel dish, but last night was my first time ordering from the main menu. We ordered the sausage platter. The Italian sausage was our favorite, followed by the elk. Honestly it was hard to pick because everything was so good. We’ll be back!”

“I grew up eating my Norwegian grandmother’s homemade lefse, and a few years ago I even started making it myself. So I’m pretty picky when it comes to quality. Recently, I was craving lefse but didn’t have time to make it, so I decided to try Freddy’s and I’m so glad I did. I was not disappointed. It was fresh, soft, and delicious. I especially loved that they included the sugar and cinnamon mix, because that’s exactly how I enjoy my lefse: with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. It tasted just like home. I can’t wait to try the Norwegian pancake mix next. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Tried their.featured burger....The Elvis.... definitely worth trying! Party of 5, all ordered different burgers plus fries. Everything tasted great! Waitresses were also great. This place has both a bar side but also a restaurant set on the other side of its building. Located on a cute section of a rejuvenated Shyenne St. Bonus: the gentleman that held the door open for us as we walked in paid our bill without us knowing until the waitress told us to have a great night and your bill has been covered. Still good people around😊.”

“I am in Sanford children’s hospital with my daughter. I reached out to the lights Facebook page and asked if they would deliver me a tea since we came by ambulance. They didn’t hesitate and brought one over. They also threw in another tea kit so I could make the next day during our hospital stay! The tea was amazing and the customer service was top notch. They have earned as a customer every time were I’m in Fargo! 10/10 recommend!”

“Checked out this 'new to us' sports bar last night called Brewtus Brickhouse. My buddies and I were itching to try someplace different for a change of pace. From the minute we sauntered in, I got good vibes. Tons of TVs primed for the big game, ice cold suds on tap, and a killer '80s rock soundtrack - complete with the manager doing hamstring stretches and ripping air guitar before each song. The menu looked sick - loaded up on wings, and snagged a secret menu taco grinder pizza our server 'Sweet Tators' tipped us off to. Our waitress Boods was a real ace - laid back, knew her sports, and clearly a cat lover. She took solid care of our crew out on the patio. Overall, Brewtus is a top-notch spot! My boys agreed we found our go-to for knocking back cool ones 😎 🍺”

“Played in pool league tonight. They had 2 tables, and 3 dart boards. A good place for gaming. They had a good group of people enjoying the atmosphere. They looked to be having a good time. If you like gambling, they have it all. Pull tabs, slot machines and a black jack table. They also had a paddle wheel for weekend nights. Not a bad place.”

“The Local 701 Bar did an awesome job for my husbands 50th Birthday party. The staff was amazing and so great to work with prior and the night of the party. The bartenders made sure the pizza bar was full all night. The food was wonderful and the service was great. The side room has a great set up with your own bartenders. “We ordered lunch for a work event. I emailed the manager asking for gluten-free options and they were so awesome and accommodating. She told me the options they had and I stated we were worried about cross-contamination and when it was delivered, they went above and beyond and kept everything separate. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was amazing.”

“I usually never have a problem with this location, lately they've been extremely slow. On top of that, there was one day that I had a mobile order set for 30 minutes before they closed (on a day they were scheduled to close early). I arrived 30 minutes before close, right on time for my order, only to find out the doors were locked. It was very upsetting and inconvenient. I ended up having to wait on the drive through for 20 minutes. I get it, employees want to lock up and clean up early so they can go home, but if the hours say the lobby is open, it should stay open.”

“Me and my wife have been coming here for over a decade and continue to make a trip to Fargo on a weekend just to come here. Food is always consistent and good, only thing we have noticed is they changed egg rolls but the new ones are good, they make smaller portions which keeps the food fresh, all the employees are prompt with cleaning up messes and tables and are friendly. Occasionally other guests can get a little loud but nothing outrageous and easy to tune out. The music they play give me and the wife a chuckle every now and again but the general atmosphere is welcoming comfortable.”
