“It's a very nice place along hwy 30. The owner is very kind. Clean place. I've had the Bacon, egg, cheese on toasted bread. It was delicious and I will buy it again. She also has gas and is competitive with Pump and Pantries and Casey's.“

“Great lunch spot and a worthy alternative to the fast food chains that dominate the I-80 corridor. Plus they serve beer and adult bevies. Bartender lady was just about the most pleasant person I met on this trip and made the visit memorable.Parking: Big shared lot, plenty of spaces close to the entrance. No signs of crime or urban decay. Clean for a parking lot.“

“This is a good place to go and have a nice drink at your leisure, for a dinner at your leisure. It is kid friendly atmosphere, bathrooms are small but yet clean. I do enjoy the bar itself and the atmosphere and would recommend anyone in that area to go there if they are looking for a nice place to go and just chill.“

“Whenever I’m in town to work at the Ethanol plant I always eat here. Never had one of their specials but I always see it being served. Great burgers and cheese curds. Great service and will keep coming back when I’m in the area recommend whole heartedly.“

“We went there after a funeral to celebrate life. We had a very large group. The prices are great! The patient gals behind the bar were fantastic. We had a wonderful time sharing stories with family and friends... pretty much took over the place. We will stop again when in town the next time!“

“If you are a fan of good pizza, you definitely need to try pizza from the Bunkhouse. We ordered the Chicken, bacon, ranch pizza, and it did not disappoint. Toppings were generous, and it was not greasy at all. Way better than most bar pizza I’ve eaten.“
