New Manager is a bit of a pain and showoff to be honest. I miss the old one. Gene was it? Way better manager. Quiet but helpful when needed. My type of manager!. Although the Regular Employees are still great though. Still my go to Cinnabon in Omaha.

A guy at the front desk refused cash in my scratch off tickets saying he didn’t have enough money in the register, I said that I’ll spend all that money in the store instead of taking cash, he still refused, just being lazy. I don’t even have to say his name, you guys already know who it is.!!!!

First time and last time customer. Literally just walked out of store. They don’t have any packaged ready to go boxes. Not a big deal, right? Apparently it is though for the guy working the register. Because it was a huge inconvenience for him to put 4 already made cinnamon rolls in a box. Seeing that it was clearly an inconvenience to him, I said thank you. ( I don’t know how it got to where the customer is thanking the businesses so much and the business never thanks the customer). He never said your welcome back or anything. Thinking he would when he gave me my change……. Nope dropped it in my hand and not a word. Not even a have a good day. Nothing. I know it is hard to find people wanting to work nowadays. But if I was the owner. I’d work everyday just to not have a rude employee like him representing my business and costing me customers.
