I've been coming to this location going on 3 years and it used to be great. I work an hour away from Bellevue, so being able to get my coffee, donuts, or food that I order so early in the morning was a plus. But over the past several months, I have been going less and less. The customers lately on the reviews aren't wrong. 1. The first thing they lack.. is customer service. No, hi, good morning. Welcome to Dunkin, none of that. It's a usual, "are you the mobile order?" 2. The food is simple and yet so mediocre, half the time it's cold, not cooked all the way, or just not what I asked for. 3. The drinks 95% of the time in the last 3 months have been incorrect. Like this morning, for example. My cup clearly states caramel drizzle in cup and on top, yet by the pictures I provided that has neither of those. 4. The amount of time it takes for you to go through drive through, even if you order ahead with mobile ordering your drink, will not get made until about 15 mins after you get there. To add on to the drive-through dilemma. You pull up to the kiosk for drive through, you're lucky if they respond to you first. But when they do, they ask you to wait. And then you're sitting there... at most, I had spent 15 minutes waiting ... 2nd, you pull up to the window. Where you are either greeted with "did you have a mobile order? Ok, we are still making it, " and then you sit and wait another 10 to 15 mins. For the order that was entered at least 40 mins ago by now.. so when I get the order and it's incorrect, not only am I already frustrated, but you have not made my order yet. You make me wait an additional amount of time. Now, this location has been doing construction on the convenience store side, so getting into the parking lot is a hassle at any given time. So I have been just trying to come in. Now let me tell the fiasco from the walk-in experience. You're not greeted when you walk in. There were 3 individuals behind the counter. 1 was working, what looks to be as fast as she can be on every order listed. While there was a gentleman that came from the back who just walked by her and washed his hands. Looked at me, but never acknowledged me or asked if I've been helped. Just stood there.. watching the other poor girl make all these drinks that were needed. The 3rd female. Was semi - taking care of drive-through. She was mostly quiet to customers, also did not acknowledge me, basically handed customers their food, and closed the window. While there was no one in the drive through. You'd think maybe 2 of these individuals would help said girl running around making drinks. But no .. guy stood quiet as can be. And girl was asking if the girl making coffee could stay later for her shift bc she had something to do. By the time my drinks were made. I was already late to work, and at that point, I don't have any longer to wait. So here I go, taking another incorrect order. Now Dunkin, don't get me wrong. I'm not a new customer. I have been a Dunkin fan since 2012... and let me tell you. This location.. is the reason you're about to lose me. There are plenty of coffee shops between here and my hour drive to work. Don't fail the customers you have left.

This place has the worst customer service ever! I ordered on the touch screen and waited 20 minutes for my one coffee and 6 doughnuts, whatever I didn’t complain. I watched an elderly man stand at the register for 15 minutes waiting to order and not one employee asked him if he needed help or anything and he ended up just walking out, they definitely saw him, made eye contact, but said nothing to him, the man working inside was in no hurry! He slowly made one drink at a time and looked frustrated the entire time, when I finally got my drink he didn’t prepare the doughnuts and acted so annoyed that I asked for them. I never write reviews but geez!

This place is an absolute dumpster fire. I checked in with one of the girls cause it was ordered in advance. Took another 5 minutes for the coffee to be made. Then I sat there for another 15 minutes looking stupid when they finally told me that they were out of one of the food items. I asked why wouldn’t they tell me this when I came in. Instead of offering an explanation or apologizing, she said that they could give me a refund. I just left. Keep the money, that’s the last dime I’ll ever spend there. Poorly ran store IMO.

If I could give zero I would. Out of Carmel coffee flavor. That’s not a big deal. But they said they were out of snackin bacon and they can’t serve it fresh? What the hell does that even mean. You can’t serve me fresh bacon? ? what a joke.

Received delivery. Someone is really getting cheap with the fillings. Boston Creme and jelly had hardly any. That is not what people are paying for. Not ordering from here again.

Worst Dunkin experience ever! Took 45 minutes for 6 doughnuts and a coffee.Look in the morning I know it’s going to be busy. They didn’t have half the doughnuts. You only sell one thing lol! If there were light staffed I get it. But they looked to have plenty of people working. Also if you don’t have a doughnut let people know at the beginning don’t stare at the order confused for 5 minutes. It’s very simple hey folks we don’t have these flavors. It’s not that hard.

I gave the food portion three stars because it tasted pretty good (bacon, egg, cheese, croissant sandwich), too bad that it was not what I ordered. I asked for the bacon strips that they had on the menu. I'm not sure how they got that confused, my guess is they may have been goofing around as the guy dropped his headset and was laughing hysterically with his buddy about something and they had to restart the order. Looking at the previous reviews, there's definitely something systemic going on at this location. It's really sad because I love the Dunkin brand. Lately, however, they are missing the mark.

This place is horrible. No one will address you or ask you if you need anything. I’ve watch people stand in here for 10mins and walk out with nothing ever said to them. Yes you can order yourself on the screen but they don’t have all the option on there for you to order. They need new training here.

I went at 6:20 this morning to get donuts no one said a word to me when I went in I ordered on the kiosk then I go up and they don’t have any of the donuts I want no glaze donuts at 6:20 in the morning and I asked the guy why and so we went and got the manager and she said she just doesn’t have the staff right now and that’s all she said she was so rude. How do you not have at least glazed donuts at 6:20 in the morning it’s a donut place so so disappointed will not go back.

What’s the point of a Mobile order? Don’t use it at this location… better yet avoid this location at all costs. Ordered ahead for drive through pickup when I arrive to provide my code I’m told to wait… no one’s even here. Better yet I get to the window and my order is missing my croissant literally waited 22 min for a simple order consisting of 3 things.
