This place used to be good. Last time we went in there I ordered two basic sandwiches with a few changes. 1 sandwich was completely wrong. The pandemic has really screwed up fast food. Sorry but the price is just not worth putting up with sub par food.

It was gas fr. The food was absolutely delicious and the dude on the line was quick af I asked for his name and it was Ayden. Idk whose training that kid but I didn’t even fill my drink before it was done, and everything was really clean which I reallly appreciate, and everyone was really nice and it’s my new sandwich joint

Update: gave them another chance and they weren't super slow, just regular. Good sammich.SO slow. The staff are nice and always apologize. This location is just not freaky fast at all. Not even regular fast. I could drive to the Harlan location, get a sandwich, and come back before getting food here.

If I could give zero starts I would. I ordered food, took two hours to be delivered right down the street and when the delivery driver arrived, asked one question, and she was incredibly rude. This is unacceptable. You’re asked one question, and that’s how you respond to a customer? Unbelievable.

I would highly recommended not ordering the Veggie...we ordered two (as vegetarians)...both came with plenty of cheese, almost no lettuce, and three cucumbers each (yes that's all that's on the sandwiches). So it's bread and cheese for dinner I suppose. But as evident by our kid's BLT...if you order something with meat they will load your sandwich up with those items. Do better JJ.

I will NEVER, EVER order from this establishment again. I called in my order at 7:15pm, the kid that took my order was very rude, I called again asking about the status of my order at 7:30, the young woman said that my order was never made, and that she would personally make it herself. I called again at 8:00 to ask where my order was, the same young lady said her delivery guy was still delivering orders, but I'm next in line. Finally at 8:15 I called to just cancel my order, the same young woman I talked to before, was rude. "NEVER EVER AGAIN"!!!!!

I went to the one off of 370 by Twin Creek. Could have been a staffing issue I don't know. We had pre-called in our order the drive-through gal said that I could pick it up through the drive-thru . since other Jimmy John's are fairly fast I figured the wait wouldn't be that long. .there was only two or three cars in front of me and i was in line for well over 30 minutes.. and I was stuck between two cars so I couldn't exactly back out of that location and just go in and get my order. So that was ridiculous. Mean the wait was ridiculous for any of us in line the wait was ridiculous. Nothing was soggy I'm sure it sat there for a good 50 minutes before I finally got it. If I didn't have a back injury I would have just walked in and got it, which speaking to other people is the better way cuz the drive-thru has a tendency to be slow..

To pay such high prices for a sandwich and to get poor delivery service and for the order not to be accurate is frustrating. When you call to ask why it is taking so long (45 min) and told that the driver is out with my order, but they can't give you a time, it is frustrating. Almost an hour later, the driver finally showed up and did not have the complete address. It is frustrating!

It was the worst experience,... I have been lied to about the length it would take to be delivered (30mins), since I am a diabetic, receiving food at least close to the time stated is really important and I ended up with the shakes and light headed by the time it arrived about 45 minutes later than what the gentleman on the phone stated. the manager I was helped by was Rude and said I lied about the type of sandwich I got, I ordered chicken Caesar ranch with no onion because I am allergic to onions and I got an Italian wrap with onions, I placed this order and I asked for no onions with 3 witnesses, of which two are here tonight while I write this,.. I placed the order at 5:39 pm and it arrived at 6:45 pm. I called back later to ask to speak to a manager and was transferred over to Michelle I told her that the item did not arrive even close to the stated estimated delivery time and she said that I should not have even given an estimated delivery time (even though this is part of your advertising campaign) I also told Michelle that my order was wrong because what I ordered was a chicken Caesar wrap with no onions ( see allergy listed above)and what I received was a Tuscan Italian wrap that HAD ONIONS . . The receipt shows that a Tuscan Italian is what was in the bag .. when I told Michelle this she asked a girl in the back what No. 1 was and was told that it was a chicken Caesar ranch wrap and Michelle accused me of lying and that a No.1 was what was sent to me!!! You could smell that the wrap had Italian meat and onions in it even before it was unwrapped. Michelle then stated that I was no longer allowed to order from that Jimmy John's store #1018 in Bellevue Ne and they would no longer even deliver to my address. I have been a customer at the stated location since 2007. if I could give a ZERO star no-confidence vote I would! Michelle should network in ANY customer service position and certainly not as a manager.

Been to this location four times. Every time they screw up the order and it’s the slowest service I’ve ever seen. Won’t be coming back.

Please do not advertise yourselves as "freaky fast". I don't like leaving negative reviews but unfortunately the last three times I've ordered delivery from this location we have waited over an hour and a half to two and a half hours for delivery. The store is 5mins away. This is insanely upsetting. Please pay a livable wage to your employees so they aren't short staffed and overworked! Unacceptable JJS. Please do better, or start closing locations.

You really need to take a look at your two employees who worked friday evening 11/03. I was behind a car in drive thru for 30 minutes. 16 minutes of the 30 minute wait, the customer at the window spent trying to get the cashier’s attention after he received his order as he wanted to purchase cookies. She finally opened the window to help him. Poor service. I got to the window next and she’s bickering with her coworker. I drove off because I was tired of waiting for her. There were at least 5 cars in line. I went to BK, ordered food got it and there were the same cars at the jimmy john line. Ran to taco bell, waited in a line got my food and leaving and the same 5 cars had not moved from the jimmy john line. Time to stop going to twin creek again.

My husband and I come here frequently, however we decided to order delivery this time around since we just came home with our first child from the hospital. I ordered the Italian night club, the sandwich arrived without any meat at all on it. Although they did offer to replace and send me out a new sandwich, when asked, the person on the phone refused to give me the managers name, and when asked when the new one will arrive, stated that ”it will be out when the delivery driver leaves with it”. He also made it very obvious that by me wanting to speak to the manager, would interfere with her making my new sandwhich, and told me, “do you want me to hand her the phone and tell her to stop making your sandwhich”. (Also- requested my husbands sandwhich cut it half, it was not. Requested extra mayo and mustard on both- only one packet of each was sent.) Needless to say this small incident left me flabbergasted and sort of put me in the blues my first night home with my newborn.
