Update: gave them another chance and they weren't super slow, just regular. Good sammich.SO slow. The staff are nice and always apologize. This location is just not freaky fast at all. Not even regular fast. I could drive to the Harlan location, get a sandwich, and come back before getting food here.
I went to the one off of 370 by Twin Creek. Could have been a staffing issue I don't know. We had pre-called in our order the drive-through gal said that I could pick it up through the drive-thru . since other Jimmy John's are fairly fast I figured the wait wouldn't be that long. .there was only two or three cars in front of me and i was in line for well over 30 minutes.. and I was stuck between two cars so I couldn't exactly back out of that location and just go in and get...read full review

It was gas fr. The food was absolutely delicious and the dude on the line was quick af I asked for his name and it was Ayden. Idk whose training that kid but I didn’t even fill my drink before it was done, and everything was really clean which I reallly appreciate, and everyone was really nice and it’s my new sandwich joint
