Upon requesting just a cup of water, I was directed to pull up to the second window, only to be met with rude and dismissive service. The lady rudely told me to come inside the restaurant for a simple cup of water, displaying a blatant disregard for customer convenience and basic courtesy. This lack of professionalism and inconvenience tarnished what should have been a straightforward transaction. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this McDonald's location.

Employee started taking my order and then someone from the back came out and chastised him about how I should be using a kiosk. I thought he had it right as I had no idea how to use the kiosk. He ended up using the kiosk for me. This was all new to me and I didn't see any signs directing me to a kiosk. I'd have preferred she had just helped me instead of conducting rude on the spot training in front of me.

Went to get McFlurries, they were maybe 1/2 to 2/3 full, so I asked them to top them up. Instead they gave us two new ones that were nearly as empty, my GF’s was melted, and they put almost no Oreo’s in it just Oreo dust. Just overall so disappointing, wish I could get my money back honestly.

Should call this place sonic with how they have us pull into a parking space when going through the drive thru everytime. They get my food like 95% right everytime. This time they didnt put apples in the kids meals. Last time i ordered large fries and i got a medium instead.

Worst customer service at any of the McDonalds in the area. Terrible. Rude staff. Can’t figure anything out. It’s fast food, not rocket science.
Slowest cycle times from order to actually getting your order. Doesn’t matter if in store. Or mobile for curbside. But, if you like luke warm food and long waits. And let’s not talk about higher menu prices for poorer service.I now know why we quit ordering food here.

Lived in bellevue for almost 8 years and this place is usually good. The last visit though had made me decide to probably not come back. Ordered food and didn't even get it till 40 minutes later. To make things worse who ever was the lead deleted our order. Then when someone who came in to help I could hear the employee say clear as day. She said "I don't give a F". If this is a lead this be the last person I have work in that position. When I left I know they were removed and orders started to come out. I know I was not the only person upset over this.thank you to the guy who came in to help.

The last 2 times I’ve gone to pick up food they have everyone pulling forward no matter what you ordered. I can understand if they are waiting on fresh fries but that was not the case because the fries I got were barely edible. The first day all I ordered was a medium fry and a double cheeseburger… pull forward. A couple days later I just ordered a breakfast burrito and a sausage biscuit… pull forward. What are y’all doing?? There’s not even enough spaces to make EVERYONE pull forward no matter what.
