Pizza hut uses doordash now. Which "optimizes" routes so they can make multiple deliveries enroute. Took 50 minutes to deliver, pizza was luke warm and apparently on the bottom because the wings container was crushed. Not ordering from here again.

I just walked into the store to order food, and this woman was extremely rude with a horrible attitude. I walked in to place an order, and she was already upset. If she was so bothered, she shouldn't have been at work today to take her attitude out on customers, which is beyond ridiculous. I refuse to have someone with a disgusting attitude make my food. This is unprofessional, I walked out on the spot. I wasn't rude or nasty to this woman she shouldn't in food service if she's going to take this approach towards customers.

Ordered delivery only for it to show on the app that it was out for delivery an hour later still had no food call the store was told the food still in the warmer and the driver was busy called 45 minutes later food still there had to go get it myself if you order don’t order delivery, just pick it up and they got my order wrong again. Rude customer service as well

I was waiting for my order to be made and happened to have a clear view to the kitchen where the food was being prepped. AN EMPLOYEE DROPPED A WING FROM THE FRYER AND STILL PUT IT BACK INTO THE BOX AND PUT SAUCE IN IT AND HANDED IT TO A CUSTOMER. Absolutely repulsive… if I saw THAT then what goes on outside of view??

Your website was barely functional when I attempted this order. The service and staff at this location was clearly going above and beyond expectations, but it was clear you had both technical and volume issues during Sunday evening. The location closer to me was closed during this time also, probably increasing workload to adjacent stores. Please fix the website.

Been awhile since eating pizza hut because of others more affordable. Chose to spoil husband and found that pizza was same as other places where I could have paid half the price. Very little meat, little cheese, and little sauce. I guess it's frozen pizzas again. Was very disappointed. I understand prices have gone up and was willing to pay it, but pizza hut didn't keep quality up.Pizza Hut did reach out. Said to email them to further discuss this, so I did reach out to them but they never responded.

Called me after placing my order through the app around 3:45, and said “We don’t open til 4, I’m cancelling your order so I can stay on schedule.” Hung up before I could ask any questions. I understand being short-staffed and stressed, but it just seems to not be improving at this location.
