There was a very upset person ahead of me. For some reason she was not a happy camper. Once I got to the window the barista asked me if I wanted whip on my blended caramelicious. I asked him they have never asked me that before and and I've always have gotten my drink with it. From what he explained to me is that the lady that was ahead of me was upset because they made her drink with the whip on it. They remade her order and she was still not happy. Never seems to end that when I stop at these kiosk locations, my drinks get messed up. I say everything slow, and it's repeated back and still is wrong.Kid-friendliness: Can make chocolate milk, hot chocolate kid temp, and smoothies

Great friendly service...order ahead with Scooters App..so convenient..coworkers place their orders..and I fly ..they buy...a WIN WIN...my "dirty" chai was AMAZING...as always!!!
