It's nice to enjoy a treat every now and again. Until I visited this particular scooters. The order was wrong and I was also charged for an ice water. They made me pay for an ice water and wouldn't even give me a cup size larger than a small. Wow starbucks all the way from now on what a greedy little shack with zero customer happiness in practice. Person taking the order was so focused on upselling bottled water and arguing the rest of my particular order was incorrect. Over the years I've Never had this experience from a scooters till I visited this location.

Someone wasn't listening when we ordered 2 extra hot, extra shot, half the syrup for their pepperment mocha drink. We got one barely hot and one cold and way to sweet and barely enough peppermint . This was our very 1st visit and got horrible service. Not going

I came through drive thru yesterday morning, today and order sugar cookie Latte, Praline Caramelicious both was hot and was nasty and did not have any of the flavors in my coffee. The supervisor was rude and paid 6.21 cents for both of these coffee and did not taste good at all. I want my refund on both of these days that I spent my money. I called three or four time and they will not answer the phone.Thank you Julie.

We had a challenging experience due to language barriers with exchange students. The staff member was not only unhelpful but also rude and impatient, leading to several uncomfortable outbursts. This lack of effort to facilitate our experience was disheartening. Moreover, the drinks served were not up to par, with small portions served in large cups and a pumpkin spice blend that seemed almost completely melted. Overall, this experience left a lot to be desired and negatively impacted our enjoyment of the drinks.

There was a very upset person ahead of me. For some reason she was not a happy camper. Once I got to the window the barista asked me if I wanted whip on my blended caramelicious. I asked him they have never asked me that before and and I've always have gotten my drink with it. From what he explained to me is that the lady that was ahead of me was upset because they made her drink with the whip on it. They remade her order and she was still not happy. I think they did a very good job staying professional with that lady. The barista was super friendly and made sure my order was how I wanted it. My drink was delicious!
Never seems to end that when I stop at these kiosk locations, my drinks get messed up. I say everything slow, and it's repeated back and still is wrong.Kid-friendliness: Can make chocolate milk, hot chocolate kid temp, and smoothies
I should've read the reviews prior to coming here. This place likes to rip off its customers. A small black coffee with added flavor is $4.55. Interestingly, a small vanilla latte is approximately $4.80. With prices like these, I'm better off with Starbucks, which is just down the road.I was explained that I was paying for the "process", but the process isn't very arduous. I'm paying for coffee that has already been brewed, and had I known the added flavor was an additional 80 cents, I would've opted out.Ensure to ask for the total because it isn't automatically given to you (which should always be provided).
