Very underwhelming experience. I had went to get an order and they forgot my lemonade at first, had to ask for it. Good thing we checked the bag because they also failed to put a double cheeseburger in the bag. We went around again because the lobby doors were locked and they said they were closed and could no longer serve us due to an ingredient shortage. We had told the lady that they forgot the double cheeseburger and the kid at the window was very disrespectful just responding “You had the double cheese? My bad.” and closed the window shut. The double cheeseburger had no cheese, no pickle, no onion, and no tomato on it and was extremely dry. There was no spicy chicken sandwich in the bag, and they did not put any condiments except for mayonnaise on the other chicken sandwich I ordered.

Honestly kind of upset. Got a chicken BLT biggie bag meal, a bacon classic meal, and a 4pc chicken nugget kids meal. forgot the tomato and bacon on the BLT a medium fry for the classic. When haveing to turn around to get the missing item from my order and walking inside there is a additional customer waiting and the coworker THROWING chicken nuggets at each other.

Food was fresh and good. But staff were playing and messing around and I sat at the front waiting to be attended to for literal 10 minutes before they actually helped me. There is like 5-6 of them and they didn’t help until they decided to. Lobby was dirty, cups and messes everywhere. Floor was sticky. Bathrooms were okay. Place used to be super clean and nice 3 years ago. And from time to time they close their lobby and not there drive way?

Ordered 40 dollars worth of food from drive thru, including 2 junior bacon. These are the 2 burgers I got. The lady blamed me for ordering them wrong and insisted I pay the difference, despite the fact that I would have to drive back. I usually don't go here for exactly this type of thing. I likely won't return to this location again.

The young lady who gave us our order most certainly needs an attitude adjustment. She forgot half of our order and ignored us as we sat at the window patiently waiting for her to open the window. Finally, my husband knocked on the window, and she snarked at him, gave us some chili sauce, and then she slammed the window . We then realized we were missing our fries. Once again, she ignored us. We gave up and went to Runza for our fries.This happened March 8th, Friday at 6pm.

PLEASE LOOK AT RECEIPTS BELOW.. SEE THE REFUND?? IT WAS TAKEN OFF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT SO THEY REFUNDED FOR A COUPON I HAD THEN COUPLE DAYS LATER TOOK IT OFF! FRAUDULENT PRACTICES!!315pm. Ordered iced coffee n small frostie (coupon). Mollie the manager forgot to ring coupon. No apology. Food was good. Fries exceptional. Order Single w fries n kids meal. Had to ask Mollie for cup. Had to remind Mlllie about bbq sauce on receipt. Only customer in restaurant. Locked doors at 325pm. Restaurant unkept. Mens restroom nasty. Mollie not at all friendly. She's an order taker. No hours posted on door.

Hasn't been remodeled since I've been going there since 1998, same interior! Went up there Monday evening to get food in the lobby but when I pulled the door to the inside it was locked. I looked at my watch and it was 6:33pm and the lobby was already closed!!! There was 3 male teenagers laughing and sipping pop in the lobby and just pointed to the drive thru. I went thru the drive thru and it was slow and when I got to the window I counted 6 employees working, plenty enough to keep the lobby open atleast to 7pm probably 8pm bare minimum. I brought my Dave's double home and it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted on it... wish Bellevue had a better wendy's...will eat culvers instead from now on...
