“Came in on a " Sunday Funday " the place was packed. Walked in no seats were available which I was expecting. Made my way to the bar where I was greeted by a couple of bar tenders who were extremely gracious. Within in seconds I had a drink and a menu. Met some locals who were top notch. Ordered food which was exactly what I was told it would be. Great service especially since I was from outta town and they knew it. Great food, phenomenal service. Not sure who Margo is but if I had to guess she keeps the ship tight. Wonderful young lady. If you're off the beaten path I HIGHLY suggest Salty Dog in Steel City Nebraska. “My crew and I were traveling and finally landed, it was late 5 of us and it was almost closing time for them so cuddos to them for excepting our party so late. The service was very awesome. The steaks,shrimp and toast were cooked very well slightly over cooked on the tots but no big deal. All around great attitudes, experience and service. I would recommend.Parking: It is a little tight on the side street, but, there are enough depending on the time you arrive.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere when I was there would allow for kids and the waitresses are friendly and attentive, I would say kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: It is a push open door on entry, standard size but still can get a wheelchair inside yes.”

“We’ve stayed here twice and are planning our next stay. We love this place. We don’t eat breakfast but we enjoy the large kitchen and different options for coffee in the morning. We love the peaceful little town and hearing the church and court house bells. The exterior needs some maintenance, but that will probably come. The rooms are comfortable and roomy but the bathrooms are pretty small. Zach is responsive if/when you need help with something. Thumbs up.”

“We stopped in for a early dinner or a "blue plate ? special" even though we aren't in the age range but still hungry... was nice to hear that we could get something the waitress stated that she was able to run the kitchen also... have a large burger and the fries ? were huge we both could have actually shared 1 order!! I'm not complaining by any means... the waitress was on top of drinks and was very friendly.. will definitely be going there more for a good burger and fries”

“Drive through- Now now now listen here micy D when I ordered chicy nigets they gave a raw 12 pound catfish still alive now being a child of god I don’t waste food with my 12 pound catfish I put extra bbq sauce on it and got to gobbling that thang Bussin bussin on g no cap now this isn’t the only thing that was wrong I ordered a Mountain Dew and I looked in there and there was tadpoles but I still gotta this bad baby a 5 star review because them tadpoles had a lot of protein after this dilicious meal I went to living enterprises I was greeted with several baby pigs now these we’re not any ordinary pigs they were purple and these piggy’s could shake them tooshies”
