We have been to the Ashland restaurant twice now & have really enjoyed the experience! We were greeted by a friendly happy hostess upon entering. Kim ordered the Texas Brisket dinner with coleslaw & Romano potatoes& I ordered the brisket sandwich & steak fries. Both meals were fantastic, my water & her strawberry lemonade were refilled before they were empty by great staff. This is such a nice clean place serving fantastic food!
I ordered a brisket sandwich with a side of potato salad. The brisket was delicious. Very tender and just the right amount of smoke. Parker's BBQ sauces are very tasty. The staff were friendly and very efficient, from the hostess to the bar staff and the wait staff. The atmosphere was enjoyable and sound levels were appropriate to allow easy communication with other diners at my table. I would go to Parker's Smokehouse in Ashland again.

Plenty of parking and friendly service! This place is my family's meet up spot for lunch and sometimes a quick celebration! They staff is above and beyond attentive and very accommodating! The food portions are big so you can share or take home for leftovers! I love that they do a special sundae treat for birthdays! We enjoyed coming here!
