I've been there at this location 3 times in the last few months and ended up disappointed all three times. The first time it was to get a triple cheeseburger, I specifically asked the person taking the order if they had the triple cheeseburger, she said yes. Charged me for a triple and then i ended up with a double. Googled to make sure and yes a triple cheeseburger has 3 patties! Not 2 and 3 pieces of cheese. Card machine was down but the staff all were still smiling and providing good customer service. It had to be a rough day but you couldn't tell by talking to them. Food was fresh and hot. Much prefer this McDonald's over the one on the other side of the river.Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's.

The gal at the drive thru window on Saturday 3/10 Joy was truly a Joy to deal with....she was a breath of fresh air!! So very friendly, smile on her face and kept us informed of our wait (fries coming up)!
