The staff, including servers like Shamon, maintain a professional and friendly attitude, ensuring drinks are full and apologies are given for any delays. However, there were some complaints regarding inappropriate language used by one of the owners. The new game room and beer garden are popular additions. Despite initial hesitation from regulars, the restaurant has managed to maintain a good food quality and service level.
