The food is good, but you have to check it everytime to make sure they make it how you requested. Every time I go through the drive thru they give me sweet tea when I specifically ask for regular and very seldom do they get the toppings correct. I usually just scrape them off and eat it since it takes so long anyways.
We did an order online for pickup. When getting to the store I told the lady my name, she mispronounced it, I repeated it, she rolled her eyes and pointed at the bag with my name on it.
Nothing else was said. The restaurant was empty, several employees were wiping down tables. There was no reason for this woman to be as rude as she was.
Extremely unprofessional, and this is our second terrible encounter with this restaurant.
We went to Freddys in Grand Island, so I was very excited when we got one of our own here in Kearney Nebraska. We go often, for the great food and their ice cream is off the charts!! Bb
