We went to the Pizza Hut buffet today (4th of July). We have gone to their buffet on "minor" holidays for years. We love Pizza Hut pizza. Sometimes the buffet hasn't had the kind of pizza we wanted, but we just ate what they had. Today, I asked if they were making anymore thin pizza. They were quick with making our pizza to go. Nice people who work there.
I ordered delivery online on their mobile app. Paid. My bank was charged. Pizza never got here. App said it was delivered but there was nothing outside. When I called they claimed they never received the order. So I asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t. Went back and forth with them because they charged me but they didn’t deliver my pizza. They blamed Venmo. Venmo then said it was a Pizza Hut issue. They then said they didn’t have any delivery drivers....read full review

Pizza Hut in Kearney, Nebraska, typically serves great food, but a recent order fell short. The New York Style pizza was a letdown, and a mistake with the Cinnabuns order added to the disappointment. On the positive side, the delivery driver had a great attitude, and the store manager's friendly call was appreciated. The food was on-time, prepared well, and the "Hut Rewards" kept the cost reasonable, making it a satisfying experience for the family.
