Food and drinks were really good. Way understaffed. There were people standing at the door for quite some time waiting to even be talked to and the restaurant was empty. I’m sure it’s the same old issue with lack of help but it was a one waitress show over lunch today.
From the looks, the place has potential to be really great spot to hang out, have a few drinks, watch a game or two. Unfortunately, our experience didn't rise to this level. It was mediocre at best. The food was ok, atmosphere ok but the service left so much to be desired. We waited to have our order taken, waited for food, waited for drink refills, waited for condiments... you name it. Servers are kind. Food is decent. Had my keno written incorrectly almost everytime I come in here though. Super disappointing. Be sure to double check your tickets before leaving the counter so your money isn't wasted like mine.
