I went to wings and rings for the first time and honestly I would give this places 5 stars! The restaurant is like a family and really good with their customers. My waiter came with a nice vibe and made sure we were all satisfied with our meals and gave us refills whenever we needed one. If you wanna go to a nice bar/restaurant this would be it!

Servers are kind. Food is decent. Had my keno written incorrectly almost everytime I come in here though. Super disappointing. Be sure to double check your tickets before leaving the counter so your money isn't wasted like mine.

To go order set to pick up at 6:02 finally at 650 I was able to talk to a manager to request to cancel. They were busy and understaffed but management should have been at the door triaging. The young kid at the door trying to host with no help, he deserves 5 stars.

Lincolnites are way too willing to put up with atrocious food and service. The place is severely understaffed, the chicken wings are frozen, then fried and drizzled in any number of a gelatinous mess. There is no seasoning, no marinating just wings from Sysco and bathed in monosodiumglutimate. We waited some 40 minutes for our drinks to arrive - they were bad too. In our waitress's defense she was pleasant and polite but had no support. Run!

Food and drinks were really good. Way understaffed. There were people standing at the door for quite some time waiting to even be talked to and the restaurant was empty. I’m sure it’s the same old issue with lack of help but it was a one waitress show over lunch today.

Unfortunately, our group did not have a good experience. We waited almost an hour for our drink order and then an additional hour+ for the food. The good news was once the food finally arrived, it was good (although my friend had to wait an extra 10 minutesfor hers to come out)

Do not recommend. First time there, we waited over 20 minutes to get service. Didn’t get service. Left and went to El Potrero across the way and was served immediately.

I think we picked the worst day to stop by this location based on the serving staff or lack there of. They had one server taking care of the lunch rush due to others calling in. For the chaos she provided a great customer service, and we did not have to wait too terribly long for food or drinks. This is my first time at this franchise and everything tasted great. My boneless, grilled wings were tender and flavorful. My Korean sauce tasted great with the cilantro, and my onion rings were good. Next time I'm definitely going with the garlic, aioli fries.

Waitress had no personality at all. We were there at 11:30 am for lunch. The waitress acted like it was a sin to order off the lunch menu. As a matter of fact, she actually charged my lunch salad as a supper salad. She noticed that our drinks were empty and didn't bother to ask if we would like more we had to flag her down and get more. She saw that we were finished asked if everything was OK and walked away without taking any plates or asking if we'd like our ticket honestly, not impressed won't be back.

We went here for lunch and were pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. The glasses that our drinks were brought out in were visibly dirty and the rolled up silverware still had food marks on it and not cleaned thoroughly. There was also a few hairs in the food, which was already not great for the price point. Our server was nice enough but overall not a great experience.

From the looks, the place has potential to be really great spot to hang out, have a few drinks, watch a game or two. Unfortunately, our experience didn't rise to this level. It was mediocre at best. The food was ok, atmosphere ok but the service left so much to be desired. We waited to have our order taken, waited for food, waited for drink refills, waited for condiments... you name it. It didn't appear they were understaffed as there were hardly any patrons. Can't say we'd go back again.
