I walk in, and I'm immediately greeted with... -a messy floor -COMPLETELY empty store, including the front desk. I get my cup, and there are some good-ish options, but when I get them it's already melted and runny. The person working was very kind but also quiet. The topping looked good, but the taste of it all together was the complete opposite. We sit down and the whole table is sticky + the chairs are really dirty! Oh and, now that I'm looking at it. The frozen yogurt was good but seriously the inside seating was so dirts I felt gross every sitting there, it’s not a very busy place seems like you should have plenty of time to do some simple cleaning of the table and chairs

This place is incredibly dirty. The ice cream machines are dirty, toppings bar filthy, tables and chairs nasty. Even the floor. I shouldn’t have to take out disinfectant wipes and clean my own table and chairs while the worker plays on their phone.
