All I have to say is if your Mexican and know what authentic mexican food taste like please do not go here at all everything and I mean everything was very disappointing we couldn’t even eat our food. The staff was nice and friendly but that’s the only good thing I have to say.

This place ain’t what it used to be. The food portions are less than what they used to be it’s absolutely ridiculous. The food doesn’t taste the same and you can tell it’s not the same. The salsa used to be my favorite but now it looks and taste watered down. I’m not really sure what happened but it’s a shame that it’s changed we used to be regulars but I don’t think im going to come back.

I left a cash tip at my table, paid up front with a card, did not tip on the card. The kid up front felt he deserved an additional $15 tip, which he then took off the card without my approval. The queso tasted like velveeta, the young waiter (who took the $15 tip off the card) walked away halfway through the drink order, leaving one of us completely out, and then brought us a messed up order after, which we just took because he didn’t come back. This place used to be better.

The portion sizes were huge!!! Food was mediocre. Carne asada was dry but had good flavor. The queso dip was grainy and had no flavor as well. The chips and salsa were good! The service was not friendly. They did the bare minimum.

It's always fun to go to El Toro even on a slow night. Unfortunately, as the Mexican-American community grows in our area and the restaurants get so much more authentic, they seem to be kind of lagging behind. Even though they are very much authentic. It's just they need to update their menuVegetarian options: Well, like most Mexican places they offer several cheese dishes, enchiladas and the like, but I do know they make their refried beans without lard. So vegetarians generally don't like the lardParking: It's in a strip mall. There's plenty of parking

The staff was exceptionally friendly, the food was delicious and brought out to us very quickly. A very calming atmosphere, not overcrowded, and the meal for two of us was very affordable. Will definitely be visiting here again!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are available regularly and select dishes can be made dairy free upon request to the server.

We showed up at 7:30 when they close at 10 on a Saturday night. Only to tell us they were closing at 8. We sat down anyway to which they said cash only and we had to run a half a mile to the CVS to get cash. Then after running all the way there, they told us no food. My experience was terrible and I recommend this to no one.
