Worst customer service ever. The lady in the drive threw took forever to swipe my card. Was on her cellphone. Then I was told 2 pull forward and wait. 10min later a guy brought out my food. He was rude and unapologetic. My family first fazolis experience was awful. Very tacky and unprofessional. Why any restaurant would give poor service during this time is beyond me.

I would like to recognize your window server, Nate! He was pleasant, personable, and professional. You seldom, anymore, get to have any kind of conversation. He presented himself as a caring person, genuinely interested in talking to his customer. While our interaction was brief, he made my day! (Oh, and the food was served quickly, priced right, and was delicious.)

I went to Fazoli’s after a stressful day at work. The staff was great from the moment I walked in. It was my first time eating there and they were more than helpful explaining the menu. The service we got throughout our dining experience was top notch. Nate was very attentive and couldn’t have done a better job! I will definitely be back because of the service Nate and the team provided!

I had the best experience at this location, not because of the food, but because of one particular staff member. Nate provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Nate was attentive, friendly, and engaged in fun conversation. I was so impressed by his service that I wanted to offer him a job. I have never been to Fazolis before but This man deserves a Raise!

First time ever having Fazolis and as soon as I stepped in it was easily one of my better dining experiences. Nate and the staff were friendly and helped me with all my menu questions. They recommended the best and it was great! Food was fast and fresh and Nate kept them bread sticks coming! Will definitely be back but only when Nate is working.

Really disappointed, pulled in saw like 4 employees in the back. They saw is pull in, we walked in and stood for like 20 minutes and weren't helped at all. Frankly always have bad experiences here and keep trying, giving them second chances, but honestly I dont understand. It's good food (sometimes) wish they're service would improve!

I’ll be honest I pulled up, everyone was waiting and they were even out of coke. But the food was excellent and fresh, and the employees were friendly. Would definitely go here again, better than my home town Fazoli’s

I ordered the Ultimate Fettuccine tonight. there was 5 little pieces of chicken. They were so hard and dry, I couldn't even eat them. There was barely any sauce, which made the pasta very dry. Very disappointed.

I've been to this location several times with little to no issues. Today was very different. Online and on their door said they opened at 10:30am so I figured being there right at 11am was fine. Waited several minutes in drive thru with no reply. Figured maybe their speaker was broken so I went in. As soon as others in the parking lot saw me going in they followed shortly after. 3 female employees huddled behind the counter just talking, all the lights are off. I ask if they're open and took several times of asking before I got an answer. One of them checked the clock and started turning lights on and getting the register ready. No sorry or anything. Only person that seemed to actually be working was the cook. Everyone else just acted like they didn't want to be there.

This is your typical fast food Italian food. Nothing great just average canned sauces and meat. If your in hurry and just need something in you’re stomach this works.
