I noticed that my sandwich was being pieced together. The guy said he had to cut it as a 12 then add 4 to make 16. Opened and bread was smashed down lots of food on side of bread..just not appealing...and smashed.

Drive thru is available but you have to pay online and pickup. Even if no one is there you have to sit in the drive thru and go make an order online. They want you to go inside it seems like. Other places does drive thru just fine so I don’t know what the inconvenience is here.

My girlfriend and I received the wrong sandwiches, a simple and honest mistake. The manager and crew went above and beyond to correct this, and their service and attitude were amazing. Mistakes are going to happen, the way it’s handled makes me want to go back. Thank you guys for treating us

Maybe a silly reason to prefer a place, but this is one of the few Goodcents in Lincoln with the good ice… you know what I’m talking about, right? The “pellet” ice… and who can pass up free-cookie-Friday?
