Decided to try out Los Gonzalez this evening with my wife and teenage children after finding this location on Google maps and reading reviews. We were glad to find that this location isn’t “inside Dollar General” as noted on the map! Instead, it’s just at the opposite end of the same strip mall. The birria at this place is Amazing!!! We were in Lincoln for a day and decided to try this place out and was very happy about it! Their birria is as authentic as it can be and super delicious, reminded me of Mexico! And the Elotes very delicious too! Will definitely drive back to Lincoln just for the birria!

Don't let first impressions fool you when you walk in. I enjoyed the Torta de Lengua - the way the bread was grilled, and the lengua was well-prepared. The birria nachos were very good, with generous portions. Give this place a try!
