My favorite place to get food in Lincoln. I have literally gone to Pepe’s Bistro three times this week. Pepe is super friendly and nice. His unique combinations never cease to amaze me! My mom says his culinary skills are out of this world!
I’ve eaten vegan food in LA, Denver, and now Lincoln. Pepe’s is definitely in my top 3 vegan restaurants of all time. The vegan mole enchiladas were satisfying in every way. Awesome burritos, cupcakes, and salsa with chips! Absolutely delicious cupcakes. All our friends,two men, and two women had four cupcakes altogether. Richard, my husband does not like chocolate normally,but loved these. The artwork is very cool!
