“Pretty much our go to restaurant after church or for a quick dinner grab. Service is usually swift, but they can get bogged down at times with orders. Been here multiple times when only 1 employee is having to do it all. Just discovered online ordering and will only use that going forward. Great way to order 4 sandwiches 🥪 show up and pay without the wait. Parking is dicey at best.“

My kids love their sno cones that they have next door at their little hut and their kiss a floats (ice cream and slushy together). I hear great things about their burgers from my family as well. They have always been polite. “On 02/27, I had great service. The young lady was making me laugh as she took my order. That made my day. Several employees asked if I had been helped as I was waiting for my food. It’s a rarity to find that kind of attention in most places. Good job everyone! The food was delicious and prepared well. The only thing that stood out was a taco shell seemed to be over cooked or burnt. If it weren’t for that, the food review is a 5-star.This was my first visit to Scottsbluff and Taco John’s helped make it a positive experience.“

I have no complaints and service is an 8.5 put of 10, but I always feel so rushed and like I'm bothering them a bit.I know it's fast food, and as an ex subway manager in several different locations, I understand there is a lot of work behind the scenes, so it can be a frustrating when trying to do so much. Honestly, theyre not rude or anything, but just feel as much as in theren a friendly hello or just a bit more personality would be nice.You DO have one young man who nails the customer service part. I was only served by him twice, and the second time was about 2 months after the first and he REMEMBERED me AND my order! Now that is top notch customer service and making me feel valued.Overall this is a great subway!
