What a joke. Place is never open. If your not open then fix your time frames online. P.o.s establishment. And don't have a redirected phone number that has nothing to do with the store... they'd get no star but they need 1 to post... waist of time to even bring back

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel (4 minutes away). Order was placed at 9:04 and app shows it was to deliver at 9:36. I received a text at 9:31 that our pizzas were out for delivery. At 9:50 I called the store to see if there was a mix up. The phone disconnected twice because it rang so long and no one answered. Finally - I chose the option to place a new order.....instantly someone picks up. I advise we had not received our pizza and she advised that it shows it was already delivered. Obviously that is not possible - come to find out....I was connected to a \\\"hotline\\\" as how she described it. I told her I wanted a refund and we didn't want the pizza. She advised she needed to call the store.....We got dressed and began driving to the store......eventually the \\\"hold\\\" that I was put on .....went dead. I never received a call back....shocker. Got to the store to hear a ton of excuses from the kid working about they only had 1 driver....they are not responsible for the times that are listed on the app.....blah ...blah...blah. Anyhow.....I called Dominoes and placed an order to be delivered. Around 10:16 the delivery gal shows up at our hotel room and when we open the door.....she asks how we are doing? Really - come on....I won't order delivery ever again from Pizza Hut.

Ordered at 9. Said it was out for delivery at 20 after. We were 4 minutes from the store. App said it was delivered at 9:36. It was not. Called multiple times only to have them hang up. Drove to the store at 10. No appology, just excuses. Told them to cancel the order and refund our card. Pizza showed up 10:15 after riding around for 45 minutes. More excuses from the driver.. Save yourself the frustration and order from anywhere else.

All in all the pizza was very good. One of the main reasons I go out to Pizza Hut is your customer service! The older lady at the window is great! She is always attentive and has a knack for good customer service. As a company you are blessed to have somebody like her as the face of the company in North Platte. She always does her best especially when they are busy and lacking staff. I drive past five other pizza places just to get service from someone that I know appreciates the business.

The pizza was ready, hot and fresh when I arrived to pick up the order. The last two orders I have had from here were much better taste than the previous ones before that.

Some friends came over to watch the game last night and brought pizza from Pizza Hut. It was the best pizza I have eaten in well over a year. Probably about a year and a half ago we had one from there and my husband said he would never go back. He passed last winter. I had recently been hearing good reports about their pizza again. Must say it will be my place for pizza continually if they keep serving pizza like this. Thanks
