I ordered delivery got tue food they didn’t get the drinks called and was put on hold for 30 minutes before my husband decided to drive to the store just to get our drinks very disappointed do not order from here the food was smashed and cold too

How the hell are you sending drivers out with no change at all! That $24 order wasn’t worth $40 should have made the driver leave short handed and no tip!

Pepperoni melt were burned. Chicken Alfredo overcooked. The wings was the only thing good. I wouldn't recommend this pizza hut.

Went at 9:20 pm on Friday night. The doors were locked. The sign said Open. The phone sent me in an electronic loop. Their website looped around and around as well. So I think, well, go to the drive through since someone was visible through the windows (in the kitchen). No one came to the window. Hours listed are 11 pm. Not cool at all; very disappointed. Pizza Hut was going to be the night’s highlight. Too bad it’s gone so downhill over the years.
Friendly and fast service at the pickup window, pizza was still nice and hot when I got it home.

First time ordering pizza hut in north Platte in 7 years. Ordered online at 2:30 for a 6:45 carryout. Payed extra for jalapenos on our super supreme. No jalapenos. Order there carryout special large pepperoni. Guess what no pepperoni. Sad that they were given over 4 hours and still weren't able to muster up the right order. Ordered a pizza from there competition and everything was as ordered.

Just close this place down or sell the franchise so I can be tan correctly . All above reviews are true … no one answers phone , you transferred to a hotline not based in the US , can’t adjust pick up times .. this place needs to re consider even being open like for real
