Stopped driving through from Colorado to Iowa. I will start with saying what we hoped to be a quick 15-25 stop tops, ended up being OVER AN HOUR total by the time we ordered, waited, waited some more and waited again. Waited 25 minutes for our food, when we finally got it, it was cold because it was sitting on the counter the whole time we were waiting. Definitely the worst experience of fast food I have ever had, including McDonald's did not get what I ordered was charged extra when I corrected the guy after he repeated what I ordered. There was no napkins, no straws dipping sauce Proper stuff was not in my drinks. No forks for the chili cheese tots Colde dry food.When I call for refund because there was no receipt. I would give 0 stars if I could. Drinks where made wrong and tasted like soda water. I called, came back for new ones and my second ones still tasted like soda water!
