I've been to Spencer's, Sullivan's, Johnny's Cafe, J. Gilbert's in Omaha, and baby steakhouses across the country, including St. Elmo's in Indianapolis, and this place surpasses them all absolutely incredible. Every dish was sublime. 6/5 stars.

Great location for a decadent meal. Wine is very overpriced but great staff and food makes it worth it.

801 was kind enough to allow us to get a large room for my wife’s graduation and Creighton to celebrate with dinner. After moving away from Omaha, we continue to come back and eat here because it’s one of the greatest steak houses I’ve ever experienced. Top-notch service, top-notch drinks and killer food. We will always come back!

The food was incredible and the service was immaculate. In fact, we had such a great experience with Colleen L. that we came back to see her two days later! I had the filet with black truffle butter medium rare and it was perfection. We also tried the baked escargot which was cheesy and garlicky and delicious. I cannot say enough good things about the 801 Manhattan. It burns so good.Go to 801 Chophouse. Ask for Colleen L. She'll tell you all the best stuff and you'll be coming back for more.

801 is consistently among the best steakhouses in Omaha, which makes it easily among the best in the country. It's pricey, but that goes with the program. I had the prime rib and it was outstanding. I ate here a few years ago and was impressed. I still am.

In Omaha for the night decided to give them a try. Was expecting a lot due to the many positive reviews. Thank goodness we were totally happy with the food and A+ service. It wasn't cheap but was worth every dollar.

While very pricey, this is one of those places worthy of the cost for the experience. There is nothing on the menu that you could pick that won't be absolutely delightful. My wife can't eat fish not cooked through, yet somehow her salmon was still juicy in the center. Steaks are their specialty. Their offerings are the best cuts of meat cooked to absolute perfection. Service is prompt, gracious, and professional. The atmosphere is that of a classic high-end steakhouse set in a historic hotel. For a special occasion, this is well worth the price!

While in town on business, a colleague and I decided that we'd visit this fine establishment as our reward for working so hard.We were greeted by 2 very friendly people and immediately taken to our table. We got there just before the dinner rush, so that was good. The items we enjoyed were: Shrimp Cocktail, Fried Lobster bites, The Delmonico (24 Oz, dry aged ribeye), green beans, and a few Old Fashioned cocktails.Everything was amazing. If only I could afford to eat like this all the time. Hands down one of, if not the best restaurant meal I've had. My advice is, don't look at the prices. Just enjoy the food.

Food was absolutely incredible- haven't had a prime rib that delicious in a long time. Our server made excellent wine by the glass pairings as well. Amazing experience overall from the greeting of the hosts to the support staff.

Tuna Tartare, Prime Rib Steak Bites (Special), Fried Lobster Bites (Special), Caesar Salad, Caramelized Baby CarrotsThe Tuna Tartare is a must-try here! I have yet to meet anyone who hasn't appreciated the perfect combination of unique flavors that brings me back every time! I ordered Prime Rib and Fried Lobster Bites off of the features menu and they were incredible! The cocktails we ordered were also excellent though I can't recall what they were called, I think the short glass is a Screw Monkey and the tall glass is a Sunshine-something.

Ribeye was surprisingly good, but it seemed like they barely used any seasoning for the side dishes. Service was great, but the restaurant feels outdated and could use upgrade.

Best steakhouse in Omaha. We get the tartare every time, it’s a must. Dry aged are good, but in my opinion have less flavor than the other choices. The prime rib is my personal favorite. They also have really good deals on Sundays.
