Was craving a sandwich and found this spot. Excellent variety to choose from between hot and cold sandwiches. I gave their dagwood a shot. They bake their own bread. The bread had a nice crust and was soft and chewy on the I side. The ham, turkey, and pastrami were plenty and wasn't overtly salty. Good ratio of meat to veggies to sauce to bread. Well balanced sandwich, really top notch.
They use the best meats and cheeses. They are also very accommodating. I work close by and one of my friends and myself choose Gandolfos over any of the other places close by. Their sandwiches are the best!

Perfect NY Deli sandwiches and quick service. I popped in here for a sandwich to go, and after looking at the extensive menu went with the Dagwood. It had a little bit of everything on it, plenty of meat and loaded with veggies, all while not being so big you can't eat it. The six inch is a meal in itself, but I wanted some for lunch now and later so went for the 12 inch.
