“We went and I was thrilled they had real maple syrup as an option. I was dismayed that it was an extra cost and actually didn’t coat all my pancake, so I would have needed two bottles. The chicken sausage was okay, not my favourite. But the over hard eggs and pancakes were delicious.My husband got sausage & gravy and while it was good, it wasn’t something he said he would get again. Something was just off.My step son got a seasonal sandwich that he really liked.The service was outstanding.I noted the bathroom had the soap dispenser up so high someone in a wheelchair would have difficulty reaching.Definitely recommend as usually the food and service are solid.Vegetarian options: With breakfast options, it leans vegetarian friendly. I didn’t see anything that was labeled vegan though.Dietary restrictions: I do think the menu could be presented in a way to make the vegetarian options more noticeable. Plus, I don’t see much that was GF. They did have other options for meat sausage like chicken and turkey sausage, so if you don’t eat pork, that is helpful. (Again, a way to make that more of a feature would be great).Parking: The strip mall has a lot of parking.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly and kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is in a newer building and they’ve taken steps in order to be wheelchair accessible. However, I took pictures of the soap dispensers and they are up so high, that someone in a wheelchair would have difficulty reaching (this isn’t unusual because people rarely sit in a chair to see where placement of things should be).“

“It was ok the cheese burger was fine. Place definitely needs a update. Kinda run down. You can tell other than a lot of cameras and the how you pay is the only real upgrade to here. Price point was not out of line with tip 20 something for 2 people definitely lots better than yesterday's meal. Services was fine very friendly and all the staff seems to work as a team. “Healthy choices are the norm & enjoyed! First Watch using ingredients like spinach, smoked salmon, sundried tomatoes and mixed greens side salad with main course. The million dollar bacon (while not as healthy) is a delicious sweet-glazed treat. It can be ordered as a side or is crumbled into some of their main courses like the Million Dollar Farmhouse Hash that includes chunks of sweet potatoes. Salmon Fritatta is very good, too. “Treated my hubby to breakfast for his birthday and ended up being a wonderful trip. We asked if they had mimosas, and our server informed us they didn't, but we stayed and got some delicious meals. To boot... while eating our meal, our server brought him an amazing cinnamon roll and said "Happy Birthday" and walked away. It was so amazing that she overheard me wishing him happy birthday and did something so sweet.He said the burrito was so good that we would have to go back sometime. The omelet was one I built myself, and it was good, but the potatoes that came with it were the spotlight of my meal. “First time coming here today and the food was great. I was with my son who is pretty picky with food and asked for normal pancakes but with whipped cream and a cherry. I told him I didn't know if they had cherries. The waitress brought out food and not only had whipped cream and a cherry but she brought him a small bowl of cherries as well.“
“Love the new look of V.I.!! So bright and clean!! The food was awesome! Waitress was good, just forgot our water refills. Also, one thing, my dining companion found a portion of a sugar pack in her "clean" cup of coffee. Need to watch those "clean" cups.“
“We are lifelong fans of the 180th and Center Village Inn. We remember going out with family as kids, then closing down the restaurant as high schoolers. We recently stopped in again for the first time in a while. The renovation provided a much needed facelift, but a part of me will always miss the retro bright colors of our childhood. The service was as incredible as ever. Susan served us—she is a fantastic longtime server and was attentive, quick and kind. One complaint: we miss the old country potatoes. Those need to come back. Other than that, service, food, and new aesthetic are really nice. It’s the service that really make it feel like home. Thank you Susan for taking care of us so well. We look forward to bringing our family back in the future to make more lifelong memories.“
“A few friends and I decided to check out The Village Inn since we hadn't been there in years and was pleasantly surprised. They had updated the inside to have a more modern brunch aesthetic than the original bright orange old diner feel. The place was pretty busy but we were seated quickly. The waitress was amazing and attentive even though we could tell she was pretty overwhelmed. The menu was also updated and condensed, with more upgraded options than the original menu while still maintaining some of their favorite options. Yes, the VIB is still on the menu. I settled for an iced caramel coffee with oat milk (yes they even had alternative milk) which was good but definitely not as sweet as I thought it was going to be. I also got the very berry banana bowl with a side of hashbrowns. It was light and perfectly sweet with a sweet cream drizzled on top of the berries. Everything was decently priced as well, so overall made for a budget friendly tasty brunch. If you're looking for typical breakfast food that you can leave satisfied with, this is your place to try. We definitely will be back!“
