“Would give 5 stars, but I felt a little unwelcome, to be honest. We are a family of 6. Four children, one of them is a tot and the other an infant, so we have 4 kids in tow. Fantastic breakfast...we never go out to eat, but we were excited to go here bc we had heard such good things. Again, great meal. Nice waitress. Very attentive, very timely in service. There is a man though, a bald man, who just didn't seem like he liked us very much, lol. Not friendly, and all I could think was maybe he just gets annoyed at families coming in with small children?? No clue, but it kind of hurt my feelings the way he acted really. And makes me not want to go back to that particular location. It's right across the way from the hotel we're staying at, so that would be convenient, but I don't want to back and feel like we're an annoyance bc we have small children? I guess that's what it is? He seemed nice enough to others, so thats why I assume that maybe it's bc we have kids. But anyways, it was unfortunate bc we loved the service and the food otherwise.“
“Whenever I come to Omaha, I have breakfast at a VI. Whenever I come to Omaha, I have breakfast at a VI. Whenever I come to Omaha, I have breakfast at a VI. Whenever I come to Omaha, I have breakfast at a VI. Whenever I come to Omaha, I have breakfast at a VI. Whenever I come to Omaha, I have breakfast at a VI. ... it is that good.“
“I came here with a large group, around 10 people. Usually when that happens, there is always potential for long waits for food, someone waiting longer than everyone else to get their order, waiting forever for checks, etc. We had a reservation and zero issues. Great service, food all came out as ordered in a timely manner and our individual checks (sorry) were all correct. Great breakfast sandwich too! Solid spot for breakfast and tons of options, would return.“
“My first time here and what a pleasant surprise. Everything tasted like it was well thought out and made with love. So many unique breakfast choices. The Banana bread French toast was amazing and a must have. Parking is a bit tricky but worth the walk. Sounds like they will be moving soon to a plaza across from Westside high school. Service was top notch. Our waitress Cici was so sweet, super attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!!“
“What a great find! A buddy and I ate breakfast at Bailey’s recently and it was fantastic. The wait staff was more than pleasant, the food was homemade and the meats were all smoked in-house. We will return. I’m now a determined missionary for Bailey’s!“
“Our servers name was Carly, she did an amazing job, both my husband and I came down for vaca and she just made it an excellent service. Our food came out faster then we were expecting, and always kept my husband's cup of coffee full!!! Thank you, next time we are down, we definitely will be back at your location!!!“
“AMAZING!!!! We got the biscuit & gravy scramble, Chocolate chip pancake and the southwest burrito. We’re from out of town and looked up a breakfast place near us and I am so picky with breakfast restaurants. Best breakfast place I’ve ever been to!! So yummy.. you must try!“
“This is definitely one of my favorite places! The customer service is amazing and the atmosphere makes you feel like you are home with the family. John’s customer service is amazing! He always assists me with my takeout orders and ensures that everything is good to go.Vegetarian options: You can customize your order for vegetarian options.“
“This quaint breakfast venue offered a delightful dining experience, with the Eggs Benedict being a particularly outstanding dish. The menu provided a variety of sugary options that appealed to children, adding a versatile touch to their offerings. While it may not ascend to the pinnacle of all breakfast establishments I have visited, it certainly stands far from being subpar. The diner delivers a commendably pleasant experience, comfortably situating itself as a middle-of-the-road option that merges quality with a cozy atmosphere. This balance between exceptional dishes and a family-friendly environment makes it a noteworthy option for those seeking a satisfying meal in a casual setting.“
“This place is a delight with the wonderfully unique dishes and cheery atmosphere! We had the vegetable skillet hash and lemon cream and berry french toast. Both meals were full of flavor and very satisfying. Can't wait to try more options!“
“THAT was good! Any time we’re craving a great, traditional breakfast, First Watch is an excellent choice. Pictured here is the mouth watering trifecta that came with a plate sized pancake, two eggs over easy and thick cut bacon. Mmmm! All for $12.99 I believe. Good stuff… tummy growling yet? ??“
“WOW!!!! KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE BALLPARK WITH THIS ONE !!! THIS PLACE IS A MUST TRY THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC THE STAFF FROM THE MOMENT U WALK IN VERY NICE THE MEUN IS OUT OF THIS WORLD IF U ANYWHERE LOOKING FOR CORNEDBEEF HASH MAYBE SHOULD CHECK THIS PLACE. THERE IS A REASON THERE VOTED 2024 PLACE TO EAT.Parking: Planty of spots to parkKid-friendliness: Kids can be them selfs and such a peaceful environment .Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel up no restrictions.“
“It was ok the cheese burger was fine. Place definitely needs a update. Kinda run down. You can tell other than a lot of cameras and the how you pay is the only real upgrade to here. Price point was not out of line with tip 20 something for 2 people definitely lots better than yesterday's meal. Services was fine very friendly and all the staff seems to work as a team. And definitely appreciate the team effort to satisfy the customers experience.“
“Healthy choices are the norm & enjoyed! First Watch using ingredients like spinach, smoked salmon, sundried tomatoes and mixed greens side salad with main course. The million dollar bacon (while not as healthy) is a delicious sweet-glazed treat. It can be ordered as a side or is crumbled into some of their main courses like the Million Dollar Farmhouse Hash that includes chunks of sweet potatoes. Salmon Fritatta is very good, too. Servers are very good but sometimes short-staffed. So enjoy the chance to relax, enjoy the wait ...and breathe.“
“Treated my hubby to breakfast for his birthday and ended up being a wonderful trip. We asked if they had mimosas, and our server informed us they didn't, but we stayed and got some delicious meals. To boot... while eating our meal, our server brought him an amazing cinnamon roll and said "Happy Birthday" and walked away. It was so amazing that she overheard me wishing him happy birthday and did something so sweet. He said the burrito was so good that we would have to go back sometime. The omelet was one I built myself, and it was good, but the potatoes that came with it were the spotlight of my meal. They had the prefect combination of olive oil and garlic seasoning with herbs - so yummy!“
“Son wanted lunch food but we were eating at 9:45, found Jimmy's eggs and tried it out for the first time to our surprise you can order anything off the menu, so he got his Chipotle burger and was satisfied! Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: They make healthier options on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly“
“It was fantastic! The food, the service. It was all top quality. I will keep coming here every chance I can get.Vegetarian options: I eat mostly vegetarian. They have it or can make it.Kid-friendliness: Tons of kids there. Seemed very kid friendly to me.Wheelchair accessibility: It is all flat. While the tables and chairs are very close together, they can be moved easily to accommodate any needs the customers have.“
“I am from New Orleans. I approve of this "Old Gaurd" joint. Food comes quick and is worth every penny. If you like coffee refills and a no rush scene then this is your place. I may not bring a family here but for myself it is perfect.“
“Don't sleep on the home fries-well seasoned and not mushy, and the biscuit tasted like grandma made them buttery fresh that morning. Overall, a solid homey breakfast/lunch diner. The real standout was the service. Welcoming and fast. I didn't catch our waitress's name (she had a necklace that said something like 'pusch' on it, but she was a sweetheart.Vegetarian options: They have egg white and egg substitute and a few veg options right on the menu.“
“You can almost always count on great food and service at the two locations on the north side of town. We have never been to the others, so I don't want to assume anything. We go here almost every weekend because it is a sure thing. Thanks to everyone who makes Billy's a great place to dine!!“
“We ate here for a late and light breakfast while visiting from out of town. The employee working the counter showed us true Nebraska hospitality! The muffins were so yummy we’ve all been craving them since! Highly recommend a warmed blueberry muffin if you stop by this cute bakery!“
“First time coming here today and the food was great. I was with my son who is pretty picky with food and asked for normal pancakes but with whipped cream and a cherry. I told him I didn't know if they had cherries. The waitress brought out food and not only had whipped cream and a cherry but she brought him a small bowl of cherries as well.“
“Love the new look of V.I.!! So bright and clean!! The food was awesome! Waitress was good, just forgot our water refills. Also, one thing, my dining companion found a portion of a sugar pack in her "clean" cup of coffee. Need to watch those "clean" cups.“
“A few friends and I decided to check out The Village Inn since we hadn't been there in years and was pleasantly surprised. They had updated the inside to have a more modern brunch aesthetic than the original bright orange old diner feel. The place was pretty busy but we were seated quickly. The waitress was amazing and attentive even though we could tell she was pretty overwhelmed. The menu was also updated and condensed, with more upgraded options than the original menu while still maintaining some of their favorite options. Yes, the VIB is still on the menu. I settled for an iced caramel coffee with oat milk (yes they even had alternative milk) which was good but definitely not as sweet as I thought it was going to be. I also got the very berry banana bowl with a side of hashbrowns. It was light and perfectly sweet with a sweet cream drizzled on top of the berries. Everything was decently priced as well, so overall made for a budget friendly tasty brunch. If you're looking for typical breakfast food that you can leave satisfied with, this is your place to try. We definitely will be back!“
“This place is wonderful. The food is great, it is way better than say IHOP and any of those types of places around here. The only thing that I would have to say is that they need to work on the cleanliness of their bathrooms. The atmosphere is great. It has a good vibe to it and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their menus. They even give out their advise if you do not know what to order.I highly suggest that you go on Wednesdays because they have a deal which that when you order a main entree you get a free piece of pie. Their pies are excellent and you can't go wrong with any of the choices that you make.“
“I would go back for the customer service! The hostess was phenomenal! I placed an order for pick up, it wasn’t ready, no biggie to me, however, the hostess offered myself and another customer waiting for their order something to drink on the house! Her energy was so gracious and genuine, I felt cared for. And this woman had the nerve to thank me for being patient! It was such a beautiful experience! Blessings to her!!!“
“Karray's Cafe Review: The food here is great. The atmosphere is great and the staff is great. So, I guess I'm saying this place is great. The food is always cooked perfectly and the portions are good size. We love the food selection and how it all tastes like home cooked meals. My wife loves the French Toast and says it's one of the best in town.“
