“We stopped in after a concert and the wait was unacceptably long due to a staffing shortage. Not their fault, just a fact these days. We were served reasonably promptly after we were seated but one of our party waited an extra 10 minutes for his food. The food was typical for this type of restaurant consistent with their other chain locations. Of course there was a sporting event that night so the crowd was loud but that's to be expected. The staff did their best under the circumstances .Wheelchair accessibility: The curb cut to get into this establishment is just about as far away as it could possibly be at the far end of a long sidewalk. The place itself is acceptably accessible.“
“Tonight my family and I enjoyed dinner and our waiter was Javarr, super friendly, fast on bringing refills for beer and water (it’s big when my husbands worked all day and it takes 30 mins to get a beer), got our order correct, made great suggestions from the tater tots to the sauces. In all the years we’ve dinned here, he’s been the best server we’ve had and to be honest the best anywhere in a long time! His appearance was clean and his attitude was great! We just may have to ask for his section again! Thank you for being so kind!“
“Was back visiting for the holidays, met up with an old friend. Decided we go here. Overall, everything was good. Had the boneless wings with 3 types of sauces, parmesan garlic, honey bbq, and teriyaki. Fries with cheese and bacon. Chicken was good, and potato wedges with cheese and bacon were ok, though.“
