I'm not one to complain because I understand that they were busy, but in this case, I have to. The first time I was overcharged for an order that was not at all was the correct order. I had an additional burger that I didn't order placed and the wrong drinks added to my bill. When I asked the staff to read it back, she just told me my total. When I reread my order to her, she just added more to it, and then I was charged again. The manager was nice and removed the first order...read full review
Victor and his team do a fantastic job me and my wife eat here all the time never any issues food is great so is the young lady Linda and her mom always friendly I would not go to any other bk in omaha.

Food was ok. The cashier told me my gift cards didn't work or have any money on them. I took these same cards to west maple burger king and they worked fine. Better teach them how to handle gift card transactions. Also no receipt
