Honestly only come to this location because it's on my way to and from travel. There's so many times I pull up to the drive through and it's silence for like 5 minutes. No "please hold" or anything. Sometimes I'm worried they're closed or I'm missing something. When it was colder out the person handing my food would pretty much toss the food at me and close the window. Hardly polite or friendly. This is it for me I can't come back here it's trash. Burger King I don't know if there's a reason your employees are unhappy or can't perform decent customer service but fix this or just go out of business at this location.Edit: Read some of the reviews and the short Hispanic manager is the reason for this review.

Food was ok. The cashier told me my gift cards didn't work or have any money on them. I took these same cards to west maple burger king and they worked fine. Better teach them how to handle gift card transactions. Also no receipt

This location (13th & Maths St.) is an embarrassment to Burger King brand, do not go there! I am not sure if BK still advertisers "have it your way" but I'm sure no one wants to be treated this way: routinely being ignored at the counter for 5-10 minutes, staring at the back of the front desk employee 9ft away who stares at the PC monitor, slowly fills orders and not even once bothered to turn around to at least acknowledge 3 different customers waiting to order. After 6-9 minutes 2 of them left, and again, no one even noticed it. I was 3rd in line (not leaving just because my kids were patiently waiting already for too long) and it took them another 3-4 minutes to finally show up at the counter to take my order. They ignored everyone for at least 10 mins! Unbelievable! Both restroom locked so kids cannot wash hands before/after meal, and ketchup dispenser not working. I am not sure how they can survive long-run with this kind of business attitude towards paying customers so I am not coming back, 13th Street is full of fast food options and this Burger King is waaay too far from being fast.

Several times already I’ve asked for onion rings instead of fries. They keep charging me for onion rings and keep giving me fries. On top on that they put mayo on a veggie burger. Mayo is not vegan.Vegetarian options: They put mayo on veggie burgers

I'm not one to complain because I understand that they were busy, but in this case, I have to. The first time I was overcharged for an order that was not at all was the correct order. I had an additional burger that I didn't order placed and the wrong drinks added to my bill. When I asked the staff to read it back, she just told me my total. When I reread my order to her, she just added more to it, and then I was charged again. The manager was nice and removed the first order and charge and rang in my correct order. However , I saw another customer had ordered shakes just like me and had them basically thrown towards us. I asked for a drink carrier and was ignored. The manager was very nice and professional and I paid for my correct meal. However, the rest of the staff were just lackluster.

Short Mexican manager is very rude. This is the second time I’ve came through the drive thru. She doesn’t speak or say thank you nothing. I'm pregnant and have to make alot of stops.Customers only bathroom.Drinks weren't as advertised for priceCame in with enough for a large if it had a dollar tax and barely got a small. She said she'd 'cover me'. Pretty sure she pocketed the change.This is what I paid to useThen after I used the bathroom all the drinks were watered down they ALL needed to be changed

We stopped in this location and were very disappointed. Had to use the restroom, and it was locked. The sign said that you had to be a paying customer to use the restroom. We had planned to order some food anyway. So we went to order, and they were preoccupied with the drive thru. They walked by us and just looked at us. There was one other customer waiting for his food at that time. Not one employee took the time to even acknowledge us. Inside the restaurant was dirty. They were not busy inside at that time. We will not be back.
