This place has sooooo many problems /: the employees are nice but they take FOREVER...even when its JUST TWO cars..i feel rushed everytime i come here and sometimes im the only one in line! The food is great i love it. Once we came through the drive thru and the person told us to hold up a min which is okay but 10 mins went by so i called out and no one answered..so i left. I am sooooooo sad. I just got home from DQ with my pumpkin pie blizzard and it has no pie pieces in it at all. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if this same thing didn't happen to me LAST WEEK when I went to this DQ. I decided to give this DQ another chance tonight because of how much I love that blizzard, but I don't think I'll be able to come here again. Not sure if they were out of all the ingredients to my order or if they forgot, but either way I'm super upset.

It's hard to rate this location because it has good and bad things... so I'm going with a middle-of-the-road 3 stars. The food is always good. DQ is my favorite fast food burger. However, the wait is always SOOOOO long in the drive thru. Like 15 plus minutes. I definitely don't go for the service because the employees always seem annoyed that they're working lol blizzard isn't flipped. Not thanked. But I enjoy the food.
