My roommate and I went to get large blizzards and they were under filled and for some reason only the top fourth of the blizzard was blended, leaving everything else vanilla. I also got a soda that was just the soda water. The only thing that came out right was my burger :(

It's hard to rate this location because it has good and bad things... so I'm going with a middle-of-the-road 3 stars. The food is always good. DQ is my favorite fast food burger. However, the wait is always SOOOOO long in the drive thru. Like 15 plus minutes. I definitely don't go for the service because the employees always seem annoyed that they're working lol blizzard isn't flipped. Not thanked. But I enjoy the food.

This place has sooooo many problems /: the employees are nice but they take FOREVER...even when its JUST TWO cars..i feel rushed everytime i come here and sometimes im the only one in line! The food is great i love it. Once we came through the drive thru and the person told us to hold up a min which is okay but 10 mins went by so i called out and no one answered..so i left. The owners or company do not care about any of their stores or even try to give better service so its sorta sad bc this place has potential /:
Good luck getting chicken strips here. They’re out apparently. I don’t see how DQ can be out of chicken strips.

The most unprofessional, lazy employees I have ever seen as a boss myself I would fire every single one of them That works at this location including the managers. Every single time I come through here ordering chicken finger baskets for my kids. They always say the kitchen is closed every single time. I can think of numerous occasions. I literally just called 20 minutes ago and the girl said that the kitchen was open but when I get here after driving 20 minutes, they say the kitchen is closed . It’s 5:31 PM!!! Every single time I come through here, no matter what time it is they always say the same thing that the kitchen is closed and they only serving ice cream
