Genuinely curious how the Dunkin app communicates with the store. Every time I order on the app, it gets messed up and I get something I didn't order at multiple locations. It's like they can see an order for a donut but can't see which specific donut, so they just throw one in a bag. They can see an order for a coffee, but can't see the details, so you get something close but not quite what you wanted. Dunkin' is consistently inconsistent with my coffee order. The same drink tastes very different based on who made it. There must not be a guide on how many pumps etc. I drank my wonky drink for years chalking it up to "one of those things". Getting the wrong donut every time is more annoying to me because donuts are my favorite. Most recently, I ordered a customized box of a dozen donuts on the app, went through the drive thru and headed to the office. When I opened the box, 2 out of the 12 donuts in the box were correct. Yes, I could walk in and order, but then what's the point of a drive thru? Yes, I could check before I leave, but I didn't think of it at the time (and honestly shouldn't have to). I'm officially done with Dunkin.

Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes with only three cars ahead of me. They were out of pretty much every donut and it was 9 am on a Saturday. This place is a joke. Would give zero stars if I could.

The lobby says closed on 10/9/2023 at 4:30pm. I've waited in line behind 2 cars for 15 minutes before writing this review. I'm not sure what this store is doing.

Can’t actually rate the food quality as the service was so poor, I left without purchasing anything. With no other cars in the drive thru, I waited 6-7 minutes before someone was able to take my order. Several of the donut options weren’t available, but we decided on some and pulled around to the window. Waited another 5 minutes without anyone coming to the window to take payment. By this time, I was already late for an appointment and had to leave. I’m not sure how it takes more than a minute to grab two donuts and put them in a bag, but this Dunkin showed me it is possible.

I waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes for 6 donuts and a black coffee. Once I got to the window, I had to repeat my order 3 times. If I had known how slow they were, I wouldn’t have put in a mobile order. Never coming back.

Honestly every time I go in the workers are rude and they always mess up my order. Today I went through and the sausage egg sandwich had a wrapper inside the sandwich.

This is some of the worst service in Omaha. The wait for 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches was 30 minutes in the drive thru. The order was wrong and we were not refunded. I was so fed up we ended up just leaving.

I arrived at 7:31am. The doors were locked and there were a group of girls having a party at one of the tables. I was allowed in and came to find there were no donuts. Not a single one. The staff unapologetically reported nobody showed up to make them as if this was a normal occurrence. Last time I was at this location it was also disappointing due to only 4 choices of donuts early the day. This experience was the last straw. I guess I will just rely on Walmart. Their donuts may not be great, but they at least exist.

This location takes so long every time I've been here.I have even ordered online and they still take forever.Most times I've been here there seems to be only one person working in the morning..not a very good business decisionThey are also not consistent with their drinks. They are made different each time. Need more training and more staff

I ordered my coffee last week and I'm almost half way to drive-thru window! At this rate I hope I make it to my family Christmas but I really don't want to lose my place in line. Seriously though, you could start driving to the Dunkin in Kansas City order and drive back to this location and your order still wouldn't be ready. I have never waited in a drive through line for almost half an hour for a dozen doughnuts and a coffee, and I would have left but it's a principal thing at this point. Tell my future grandkids I love them in case I die waiting. The confusing part is there are like 6 people in there working! What are the management at this location doing to bring anyone back here?? Certainly not convenience... or price...or service.

The last 3 times I’ve gone there I have ordered 2 cake donuts and they are dry and do not taste like they are fresh. Very slow on the weekends. Very slow.
