Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes with only three cars ahead of me. They were out of pretty much every donut and it was 9 am on a Saturday. This place is a joke. Would give zero stars if I could.
Can’t actually rate the food quality as the service was so poor, I left without purchasing anything. With no other cars in the drive thru, I waited 6-7 minutes before someone was able to take my order. Several of the donut options weren’t available, but we decided on some and pulled around to the window. Waited another 5 minutes without anyone coming to the window to take payment. Genuinely curious how the Dunkin app communicates with the store. Every time I order on the app, it gets messed up and I get something I didn't order at multiple locations. It's like they can see an order for a donut but can't see which specific donut, so they just throw one in a bag. They can see an order for a coffee, but can't see the details, so you get something close but not quite what you wanted. Dunkin' is consistently inconsistent with my coffee order.
