The Jimmy John’s on 72nd Street has been a favorite since the chain first opened. Recently, I ordered an unwich veggie with less mayo and skinny chips with a large water. The voice was kind and honest asking me to speak louder. They were friendly and kind. The food was yummy & reasonable with the ability to make dietary changes.
When I had walked in I was so tired it had been a horrific day and I just really wanted to get some food. But when I walked in I saw such kind individuals the young man who took my order forgive me for not getting his name to the one who made the sandwiches to the ones who were doing the cola machine and stocking it up I cannot say how much their kindness meant to me today! You guys rock

I visited Jimmy John's off of 72nd Street today. Ordered several sandwiches and side dishes. The service was good until I realized they didn't bother cutting the sandwich in half. I guess the next time I visit a Jimmy John's, I will have to request cutting the sandwich in half.
