My coworkers & I had sandwiches for lunch today. Reason for 4 stars is because we all got painful gas buildup shortly after. Food was amazing overall though.

I visited Jimmy John's off of 72nd Street today. Ordered several sandwiches and side dishes. The service was good until I realized they didn't bother cutting the sandwich in half. I guess the next time I visit a Jimmy John's, I will have to request cutting the sandwich in half.

Been almost 2 hours and still have not gotten our lunch for our employees this is not acceptable service. Called and talked to the manager and she did not really care.
They had a hard time figuring out my order and I only ordered a #11. Nothing special, no special requests. Simple. Still took almost 15 mins to get through the drive thru.

The Jimmy John’s on 72nd Street has been a favorite since the chain first opened. Recently, I ordered an unwich veggie with less mayo and skinny chips with a large water. The voice was kind and honest asking me to speak louder. They were friendly and kind. The food was yummy & reasonable with the ability to make dietary changes.

All 3 sandwiches were soggy inside and the outside of the bread was super hard on the outside bread, Ordered 9:45pm for a pick up and they weren't ready so no reason to be soggy. Also they would not deliver to my house when I live less than 2 miles away. Not impressed with the service or the sandwiches this visit.
