Had digital coupon for chkn pot pies &took my grandsons.dont u know they were out &we had to wait for new ones to cook??drive through guy..super nice..added a few extra apple pie bites while we were waiting..so..Parking: Plenty of parking..on the edge of Bakers...Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking &big enough doors to get in.

Food, people, and atmosphere are above the average KFC. Problem is the technology they use. Ordering ahead timing does not reflect actual timing of the restaurant. Showed up at the time the app said the food was ready, but had to wait another 30 minutes. Manager was nice, apologetic. Gave me a free Pepsi as I played on my phone for 30 minutes waiting for my family’s food.

It was a horrible experience. I ordered on the app and the arrival time was listed at 5:40, when I arrived at 5:45 my food was not ready. An employee walked by and said that they were waiting on was the classic chicken and it should be ready in five minutes. 30 minutes later they finally put my bag on the pick up shelf. When I went to grab it, one of the employees said “that’s not for you that’s for DoorDash.” My name was on the order so I asked if another person with my same name is picking up an order? He said yes. I looked at the receipt and knew it was mine but he told me again it’s not mine and that I couldn’t take it. Then, instead of figuring it out, he said “I don’t know what’s going on” and turned and walked away. Another employee walked by and said it was mine. Since there was so much confusion I thought I should probably check to make sure my order was correct. Good thing I did they only gave me one french fry. When I asked for my second fry, they asked me what size it was and finally a different employee went and got me a side. Then when I got home I realized that I did not get my coleslaw either.

Thought I'd try the chicken sandwich. Better than chick fil a's, not that that's saying much. Food was mid. Guy told me they didn't have sweet tea, unsweetened only, gave me a drink that wasn't full with hardly any ice in it, then rounded up on my order for the "KFC Foundation" after I said not to. Are they accepting charitable donations to save people across the world from not being able to choke down their garbage? Tried to say he couldn't refund me because he couldn't undo the charge. I reminded him physical currency exists. This place wants to give you mediocre food and service, then charge you extra for the privilege.

My most recent trip to KFC was quite confusing to say the least. I walked into the establishment. I asked for one of everything off the menu free of charge as one does I am, but I had made it to request the cashier working pulled a vacuum cleaner out for under the desk and vacuumed all of my clothes off besides my pants, it is ridiculous what I cannot believe it and then they flushed them all down the toilet with me watching I cannot believe they would do such a thing. I didn't really like the atmosphere. They were presenting also.

For a $50 takeout meal, we had to cook the biscuits. The cashier refused our coupon. For our order they could only do half original and half extra crispy, even though it was a small order. And they forgot our gravy for the potatoes. For that price we might as well as go to a steakhouse.Stay away

Placed a door dash order. These incompetent morons didn't put either of the 2 bowls (the 2 main dishes) of my order in the bag. Messing up a special order is one thing, not giving a customer their entire meals is asinine...

Crew was short. They were out of white meat chicken so had to substitute. This was barely even in to dinner time.Parking: Parking lot needs some work done to it, fill potholes and an overlay.

My wife and I purchased a 16 piece meal tonight, the chicken and biscuits were old, had obviously been sitting under heat lamps for way to long. Chicken was dry and biscuits were hard. We were not impressed and disappointed when we got home. Paid 50 bucks for this! Won't go back again, very unlike KFC. Unhappy

Very dirty and management had no interest in getting it clean. Management and staff were too busy talking to clean the dining room. Chicken was very dark, almost burnt.
