Our dining experience was less than ideal. The manager was constantly yelling at the staff (you could sense the tension amongst the employees), the pop machine was broken, after our order they ran out of fried chicken, and the chicken we got was dry and luke warm. My daughter ordered the chocolate cake and it was given to us frozen solid! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. However regardless of what time I come, the chicken never seems fresh. I’ve ordered Nashville hot style bone in chicken, and not only was there almost no sauce, the chicken itself was dry and was as if it had been sitting under a warming light all day. The funnel cake sticks must be made to order because the one time I had them, they were excellent. My wife and I purchased a 16 piece meal tonight, the chicken and biscuits were old, had obviously been sitting under heat lamps for way to long. Chicken was dry and biscuits were hard. We were not impressed and disappointed when we got home. Paid 50 bucks for this! Won't go back again, very unlike KFC. Unhappy
