The wait to have a waiter even come to our table took forever. He was super friendly though. My real issue is the "new" nachos grande. It looked and tasted like garbage. Please bring back the original nacho grande
Ordered food and was missing items. Called and was told “the managers packed the food” as if I was lying. Assured them that I had been through the bags and items were missing. Ordered artichoke dip and got 2 slivers of carrots- 2 slivers of celery and 2 cucumber slices - no bread and broken chips. Sandwich was completely torn apart as if someone just threw it in the box. Missing fries. Horrible. Will tell EVERYONE I KNOW to never eat at this place again. Absolutely awful....read full review
Very poor service today....we’re told we couldn’t sit in dining area but had to sit in bar area which was fine but bartender was then overworked and no dining staff came to help her out. On our way out dining room was empty and that waitress was sitting in a booth by the door on her phone. Love the Old Chicago franchise but won’t return to this one!
