“I came here on a recommendation and was impressed. I have not been in a real italian deli in a long time and wqs able to visit with the wonderful employees and customers. I felt at home here and we left with some great food and some knowledge of the local Italian American history.“

“Great food and atmosphere but needs work on handling large crowds for events. Tonight my fiance and I had a wild experience lol. Arrived knowing we would wait, was quoted 30 min to 1 hour. Agreed and took a seat at the bar for drinks, table was available within the 30 min time frame which was great. Was seated and didn’t see a server for 35 minutes, we expected a wait and wasn’t too bothered at this point over it. Once the server came over to us he said he thought we were being taken care of already since I had a drink from the bar. We brushed it off and placed our drinks and food order at that time. My food came out within 5 minutes and we were pretty stunned with how quick that came considering how packed it was. Now, after 10 min of him not getting his order and we also didn’t have our drinks we looked around to find someone to ask. I called out to the server and the manager several times, but didn’t succeed in grabbing their attention and fiance didn’t want me to get up and find someone. 40 minutes after my food arrived the server came up to us and I asked about his food and our drinks. I said well just take our bill and a to go box for mine. He did bring out my fiancés order and removed it from the bill. We understand it’s not entirely the servers fault but overall we were pretty bummed since we do enjoy this spot for the atmosphere and the food has always been good. A few other tables also were saying they had similar experiences tonight and also just wanted their bills as well.“

If you're going West on pacific, you have to go a block past it to get to the main strip mall entrance.. “When my son and daughter-in-law told me this is where they wanted the reversal dinner I was skeptical. I was wrong. This was great food and the service was solid. The manager checked in several times and was even running food and drinks for our very large group. The pizza was delicious with a crunchy crust and perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings! We ordered, the salad bar was amazing!!! Fresh and had several choices. Our meal was another story, our waitress got our order wrong. I wanted chicken parmigiana and I got a sandwich?! She did get it corrected but I had to wait longer. At the end of our meal the manager trish came over to offer apologies. She also brought me the martini I originally asked for that she said she made herself. Awesome!! It was delicious!! She was friendly, chatted with us for a moment and deliver our bill. She didn’t even charge me for the drink! We noticed her guiding our server who was then having issues at another table. I would say we won’t be back but Trish really helped turned our opinion around! After a long day at the zoo, our group of 11 was looking for something easy and satisfying for dinner. We decided to try Rosati's Pizza in Omaha, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. We ordered a calzone, three 18” pizzas, and two orders of dough bites.

The dough bites were amazing—one order was the equivalent of a pizza and more. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a real crowd-pleaser. My wife’s calzone was delicious, stuffed with just the right amount of filling and baked to perfection. As for the pizza, it was on point, as Rosati’s always is. The crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were generous and fresh, and the cheese melted just right.

The service was quick and friendly, despite our large group. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings or casual dinners. If you're in the Omaha area and craving delicious, perfect pizza, Rosati's is the place for you. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I didn’t realize that I accidentally put the wrong address online while ordering online. Whoever answered when I called to complain was professional and offered to refund my order and resend it- it was only when the second attempt didn’t arrive when I realized the error was on me. The same person ordered the second time I called and still was kind after realizing my mistake and helped me get ahold of the driver. Pizza was cold but that was on me.
